WHAT TASKS WILL YOU TACKLE WITH US?

We’re seeking open-minded and supportive team members who can grasp our customers’ challenges and collaborate with our team and partners to resolve them. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating UX concepts, including product architecture and design concepts, and proactively collaborating with the project and development teams
• Designing and optimizing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Implementing and continuously improving our corporate design across all digital products
• Developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas
• Conducting and evaluating usability tests to enhance user experience
• Further developing a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process

YOUR PROFILE

It would be ideal if you have experience in the following areas. If not—but you still feel confident you’re the right fit—we encourage you to apply:

• A degree in Media Informatics, Communication Design, or a comparable qualification with substantial experience.
• Several years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio of compelling references.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Atlassian, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A strong technical understanding of the feasibility of your ideas, along with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A deep passion for user-centered design, with a thorough grasp of usability and user experience principles.
• A keen creative eye, ensuring that all solutions align with corporate design guidelines.
• The ability to work independently, in a solution-oriented, structured, and interdisciplinary manner, with a confident and professional demeanor.
• A desire to be a key part of a highly motivated department that views design as an evolving system and is dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Comfort in communicating in both German and English—additional languages are a plus!
