WHAT TASKS WILL YOU TACKLE WITH US?
We’re on the lookout for open-minded and supportive team members who can understand our customers’ challenges and collaborate with our team and partners to solve them. Your role will involve:
- Providing customer support via phone and email for 1st and 2nd level issues.
- Logging, managing, and escalating customer concerns using our ticket system (Jira Helpdesk).
- Analyzing and addressing incoming fault reports.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documenting customer interactions.
- Building and maintaining a knowledge base.
- Continuously improving by questioning existing tasks and workflows.
YOUR PROFILE
It would be great if you have experience in these areas. If not—but you’re still confident you’re the right fit—we’d love to hear from you:
- Excellence in telephone customer support
- Experience working with IT, developers, and supporting software products
- Strong communication skills in German, and ideally, in written and spoken English
- Proficiency with standard Office products and the Mac operating system
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems
- A high level of service and solution orientation
- Diligence, independence, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
