WHAT TASKS WILL YOU TACKLE WITH US?

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Tester who will rigorously evaluate our software solutions to ensure we deliver world-class products of the highest quality to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and implement structured quality assurance processes to ensure thorough testing.
• Manage Testing Activities: Take ownership of all testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Plan, create, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Identify and Document Errors: Detect, reproduce, and document errors, collaborating closely with project managers and developers to enhance software quality.
• Introduce and maintain test tools and systems to optimize the testing process and ensure sustained quality assurance.
• Support IT Projects: Implement and prioritize customer requirements as part of IT projects and sprints.
• Perform regression testing for new releases and updates to verify that existing functionalities remain unaffected.
• Guarantee that all software solutions adhere to agreed-upon quality standards.

YOUR PROFILE

It would be ideal if you have experience in the following areas. However, if you believe you’re a strong fit for the role despite not meeting every requirement, we encourage you to apply:

• A degree or relevant training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Some experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with test tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and experience in test automation.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of complex software solutions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also being proactive and able to work independently.
